"It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are."
e.e. cummings
That is my main prayer for my children...Lord, let them grow up and become who they really are because that means they will be who You really created them to be...
It will be exciting to see what You do with them and how they respond to You. I love every moment that I get to help contribute to what You are doing with Your children. Thank You for allowing me to be a part of Your plan for them. I try to savor every moment while they are "small" (not sure Jack, Pruitt and Liza Jane are still small) and I do look forward to who they become...it will be wonderful to see...nothing speaks to my heart like they do.
Be the change you wish to see in the world"...I think Ghandi said this...
So, let us all BE THE CHANGE! IJM.org (International Justice Mission) collects 'loose change' in order to 'loosen the chains' of those trapped in modern day slavery...maybe you should organize a Loose Chains Campaign in your world...my friend and I are trying to do this in our children's school next semester...I want my children to BE THE CHANGE...John and me too.
Coming Soon...
Coming soon, I am going to figure out how to get this
blog just like I want it...until then, thank you for your
patience!!!

Quotes
Okay, I am a Meaningful Quote Junkie...yes, I am literally addicted to finding and reading inspiring quotes...and I marvel that human beings can write such words...how did Mother Theresa walk around just saying all of those beautiful thoughts?!?!?!?!?
The quote I just read was in a devotion book that I am reading to encourage me to be a better wife...this is it...
"Your spouse is a living, breathing, endless book to read." Stephen & Alex Kendrick
Since I love to read, I get this...how exciting...I do always love to devour a good book and read, read, read so that I can see how it all turns out but then I feel bittersweet at the end because while the story has usually been "wrapped up and even had a bow tied on it"...I hate when the book is over because it has brought me so much delight just following the story that I don't want it to end. How refreshing to know that the story I am reading about John will never be over...aaahhhh. And he isn't print on pages, he is living and breathing and I get to be a part of his story! And, I know the end will be a good ending...because it is being written by the absolute best Author!
